In a moment of unintended revelation, a collector displayed this vase. It was an act soon regretted.
As my eyes lit up with fascination, the collector said, "Misako, it's just a black rectangular vase of little significance."
However, it was too late to dissuade me. I acquired the vase after ten days of persistent persuasion (showcasing my skill in such endeavors).
This vase’s appeal lies in its balance, the delicate nuances of the iron medium, and the artist's elegance through its warm lines.
Truly, it is an excellent work.
This vase features three holes. One can be used to hang it on a wall, while the other two are there to thread a cord through for hanging. It can also sit on a table or pedestal.
I have experimented with inserting a lotus seed pod through the two holes. Although this deviates from the rules of flower arrangement, the result is quite pleasing!
Take a moment to engage with this vase—seize the opportunity to play with it. Indulge in the artistry and surrender yourself to the flow of creativity.
